After dominating the Qualification in mixed Weather conditions, Volkswagen polo driver Kristoffersson was starting from P1 in the Semi-final. The Swede made a perfect start, leading his Semi-Final in style when he got a Puncture at the front left tyre, causing him to back of to 6:th position.

Kristoffersson is still holding second position in the overall standings after gaining full points from Qualifying.

With two Polo R WRX in the Semi finals, it all looked safe for the coming WRX Final. Linnerud made a great start, but spun in the first corner. From last position he tried to recover, but did not reach the goal. Linnerud scored points as well in the Championship with a 6:th position in the Semi-final

Veiby set the fastest time in Qualifying and showed to have the speed necessary to challenge for the Victory. Ole made a marvellous start, taking an early lead in the Final. After a though battle with French driver Jerome GROSSET-JANIN, Ole finished second in the race and a brilliant start of the season for Ole-Christian Veiby!

- “To summarize the weekend, we are very happy with Runner up position in both Championships. We showed this weekend that we are the Pace setter in both wet and dry conditions. After an excellent job from our Crew, we could deserve a better result. Next weekend we will come back strong at Lydden Hill in UK”, says Team manager Tommy Kristoffersson.
