Volkswagen Team Sweden ready for WRX in Belgium

This weekend, Volkswagen Team Sweden is back at Mettet, Belgium, and the third event in World Rallycross Championship 2015. Mettet is one of the Tracks where the team has got experience from last year, finishing at a podium position with Johan Kristoffersson 2014.

As most of the tracks are new for the team, they are approaching Belgium with great confidence, performing well at this track last year, with Johan Kristoffersson as runner up in the overall standings and Tord Linnerud was showing an improving pace during the last race at Hockenheim.

Mettet is as well the opening round of the European Championship where Ole Christian Veiby is making his first Rallycross appearance this year. The young Norwegian comes direct from Portugal and a successful Rally test as he will compete in Junior WRC next weekend in Portugal. The European Championship will be a though challenge, with 18 entries in the Opening round.
